COVERGIRL is Now Cruelty Free!

Last week, this revolutionary news broke out across the beauty space. I was one of the many (im)patiently waiting on Logical Harmony‘s seal of approval. Well folks, we now have it!

Logical Harmony is the world’s most trusted source for cruelty-free and vegan beauty as well as lifestyle products. Tashina dove in deep to discover the truth behind COVERGIRL’s new Cruelty-Free International certification.

Earlier today, Logical Harmony posted the second video in their “Is COVERGIRL Cruelty-Free?” series, and the verdict is in! We are still waiting on COVERGIRL to release their vegan friendly products list to us. This may take some time, as they have to go through every ingredient, on every shade, of every product.

I am excited for what this means for the beauty community as a whole. COVERGIRL is now the largest, certified cruelty-free beauty company. Surely, more brands are to follow!

I am not someone how has made the official cruelty-free claim, mostly because I’m scared of setting myself up for failure. I have, however, been making an effort to research, and slowly make this transition in my beauty products.

As soon as I am able, I will be making my way to my local drugstore to pick up some products. I am most interested in their foundations and brow products at the moment.
