I simply do not understand the (previous) hype on this one. I didn’t find this book especially thrilling. The hoops our main character goes through seemed so unnecessary to me. As I’ve been finding with many thrillers as of late, the epilogue just randomly throws another twist into the mix that didn’t need to happen, thus lowering my enjoyment further.
