It is described as being lightweight, yet buildable.  Contains finely-milled pearls for the most stunning glow, yet dries down and doesn’t budge. I’m definitely intrigued by that! I hate when a liquid blush remains tacky to provide the glow I want. This blush can be worn solo or applied over makeup… even after powder. It will also smell amazing! Will be available in 5 shades.
