Drugstore Haul | May 2015

Today I’m going to share with you my most recent purchases from the drugstore I’ve made throughout the month of May, as well as two items from Marshalls.
The two 3×3 lipstick holder’s are the items I bought from Marshalls for $4.99 each. I thought this was a great deal because I’ve been looking at a 24 piece off Amazon for $20. I will definitely pick up another if I see them again but as I’m sure you know with those stores if you don’t grab it when you see it, it probably won’t be there when you go back.
The next thing I bought was the Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara. I still have yet to use this as I have about four others on the go right now. (Don’t judge me ;). ) I got this for $8.99 from Lawtons Drugs.

The two lipsticks I bought were Revlon Lip Butter in 055 Cupcake (left), and Rimmel Moisture Renew in 127 Pink Chic (right). Cupcake is a very light pink, which will look great with a tan this summer! The formula of the lip butters are fantastic, I wear the other one I own, pink, truffle, all the time. They’re light and creamy on the lips. This was $8.39 at Lawtons Drugs. Pink Chic is your everyday neutral pink shade – super wearable. The formula is moisturizing as the name would suggest. This was $6.98 from Walmart. I will be getting a lot of wear out of both of these lipsticks!
Next, the two blushes I bought were the Revlon powder blushes in 001 Oh Baby! Pink (left) and 006 Naughty Nude (right). I bought these because Kathleen Lights had them in her April Favourites video and I of course feel inclined to buy anything she recommends. Both these blushes are very glowy and natural on the skin, which is what I look for in the summer months especially. These were $10.39 at Lawtons Drugs.
Last but not least, I picked up the Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 15 Fair. I had run out of one of my concealers and this was at the top of my drugstore to-try list. The formula is pigmented and creamy; so far I’m loving it. The colour is great for that lighter under-eye look, but I can’t use it on blemishes as I’d be highlighting them. I plan on buying the next darker shade to cover those pesky blemishes. This was $7.96 at Walmart.
I’ve included the prices I bought them for so if you see any of these products at your local stores you can perhaps find a better deal, so know you can find them cheaper elsewhere. Hope that’s helpful.
