Wyatt’s 18 Month Baby Update
In light of having officially relaunched this blog a couple of months ago, I thought it was about time to formally introduce you to Wyatt over here. Wyatt turned a year and a half on November 9th, but I wanted to wait until after his doctor appointment before making this post/video.
Wyatt is a talking machine now! Never do I get a quiet moment when he’s awake. Some of the most recent additions to his ever growing vocabulary include: flower, spicy, Cheesies, go away, and doodles (noodle). I am beyond pleased with his language development as this was an area of worry when Maxwell was young. The main difference, I believe, is in me being a stay-at-home mom this time around.
Some stats for ya: Wyatt is 22lbs 13 oz, which put him in the 30th percentile. He’s still wearing some 12-18 month clothing, though we’ve been transitioning into 18-24 month clothes. He still wears size 4 diapers. I’ve been purchasing the Pamper’s Cruisers which work best with all his running around. He still doesn’t have a lot of hair, typical MacInnis, and his eyes are a deep hazel.
Wyatt is incredibly mischievous, constantly finding trouble. He climbs everything possible, chairs, heaters, couches, side tables, etc. Luckily, not his crib! *knocks on wood*
Though he’s always been an opinionated li’l fella, Wyatt has found his temper. We’ve been dealing with hitting, throwing, and tantrums, super fun!
To keep this post short and sweet, I’m going to leave it here. If you want to hear more, definitely watch the video below!
